Dear sir, I made online payment through online banking using my debit card of state bank of india on 12/12/2018 to book a ticket o[censored]ttarakhand govt bus service through their official web - utconline.gov.in but during the online payment the amount was deducted but ticket not booked because of error in transaction. Shown error was: reasons: sorry! We are unable to process your transaction. Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries. So please i am request to refund the amount please refund it earliest.
