Billdesk — APDCL bill paid successfully, but not credited to their account

Address: Sarupathar, Golaghat, Assam

I have paid ₹2484 against APDCL bill successfully on Sep 24, 2021 through Google pay. But in the next month's bill ₹2484 is added. I went to local APDCL office, but they told me that the amount(₹2484) was not credited to their account. Then where is the missing money. Now I'm afraid to do further online transaction on Billdesk/Google pay and loosing faith on online platform. Kindly resolve my matter ASAP and refund my money. Thanks.
