I had made a payment to renew my aviva policy online. Below are the details of the payment. Date of renewal premium paid: 11th dec 2019 Mode of payment: net banking Bank name: icici bank Transaction reference number:[protected] Aviva has not received this payment and my policy has not been renewed.
