Billdesk — bescom bill paid through net banking but receipt not generated

Hi I had paid the besom bill for bill amount 1619 Rs online through billdesk portal from my hdfc net banking account on 19th June 2019

I see that money is debited from my hdfc savings account but the transaction didn't go through, can you please resolve my issue?

Hello Team i have made online payment of Rs 732 for BESCOM account ID [protected] (on June 15), amount got deducted from my icici bank account but the transaction failure message appeared - please do the needful.
