[Resolved] Billdesk — bescom payment failure but account debited | |||||
Our payment to bescom monthly bill from bescom online services portal https://www.bescom.co.in/SCP/MyAccount/QuickPayment.aspx was made using billdesk internet banking option, and successfully paid from our axis bank corporate account. But we received a "failure" from billdesk as shown in attached picture, but our current a/c has been debited. Kindly look into this as bescom a/c still shows bill amount pending. My money is deducted from my bank account but recharge is not processed please processed the request as soon as possible as my money is deducted or please refund my money in my account i made the recharge through upi id Please confirm the request i have send u the screenshot of money paid with reference id and upi name with amount
