Billdesk — Bill amount deducted by Billdesk but not credited to TSSPDCL - refund or resolution

I paid an amount of Rs 385 towards current bill o[censored]SC No[protected] of TSSPDCL through google pay upi transaction number[protected] on[protected] but it was not credited to TSSPDCL and the bill amount is being shown as unpaid or pending. Please refund the amount or resolve the issue.
