On 13 mar 21 a fee payment of Rs.2000.00 was done thru HDFC Bank account no.[protected] (Ref No.[protected] to UPHES via SBI Collect.

As further process the ref no. is to entered so that admit card can be downloaded but the reference no. is being stated as invalid.

Now 30 Oct is the date of exam and i am unable to download the admit card because the commission has not recd the fees. Now :

Where the money has gone?
How will i appear in exam without Admit card as commission is showing error against the reference/transection no.

Can any one help me on this?

I had paid the my school fees too billdesk by bhim app from my id gupta.[protected]@oksbi to billdeskpg.[protected]@hdfcbank. The transection was succes full but my school fees is not paid till now. Kindly give my money back to me otherwise i have too go to the consumer court with all the proofs and screenshots. There is urgent need of money.

I paid my BSNL Broadband with billdesk and money debited from My FEDERAL BANK account... But i can't get confirmation massage from BSNL and Billdesk... I think BSNL can't get the recharge amount... I will give you my Ref id and screeshot of the payment. ... Pls refund my money immediately

Sir, I paid my son's school fees online ( Kendriya Vidyalaya online fees) which is collected by union bank of India through BillDesk. I paid the money through Google pay upi. Amount of Rs.1830/- deducted from my account but it was not reflected in the fee payment. While contacted the customer service of Google pay they advised to contact BillDesk for more details. I want my money to be refunded. Thank you.🙏

I have already raised a complaint for the same vide reference number 1588545. But the same has not yet resolved. Kindly look into the matter and refund my amount urgently.
