Billdesk — bill amount taken but not credited to my apepdcl electricity bill

Payment Rs. 1151/- deducted from my bank for my electrical bill(APEPDCL) through your payment gateway on[protected] . But the same amount is not credited to my APEPDCL electrical bill . still (as on[protected] it is showing the outstanding amount in bill . the payment reference is given bellow which is registered in my andhra bank account, for your reference.

kindly resolve the problem/ return the amount to my bank account.

I have made a transaction of Rs-416 for which they have mail me as failed but yet not refunded the amount

my problem is not resolved . my payment has naither returned to my bank, nor credited to my electric bill.

I verified with my bank. kindly do the needful.
I have paid bill of Rs.175/- for SC No:[protected] on 29.12.2021. How can I take receipt? How can I know is the amount credited or not? I received a message through SMS attached herewith.

I have paid the bill on 30AUG 2022.And the bill not success and the about was debited and also not refunded
