Billdesk — Bill payment deduct from ac but not credit in bill

I have used 'bill desk' services to pay the electricity bill of ADANI ELECTRICCITY company limited) as on 30/11/2021 MY A/C NUMBER[protected]. But yet payment has not been received to ADANI ELECTRICITY from bill desk payments, while amount had been deduced from bank account and transaction status shows ERROR. I therefore request to you kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. So that our faithful relation make more stronger. For this act of sympathy i shall be obliged forever.
