I had made the netbanking transaction of Rs. 399/- for recharge of my jio broadband device. The amount got debited to my bank but transaction failed at billdesk end. The transaction ID is BIL/[protected]/PGMIB-JIO/RELIANC. The amount has not been credited to my bank account till date.
