Billdesk — Billdesk - money deducted from icici bank account for paying my axis bank credit card

I have tried to make a payment of my axis bank credit card bill through bill desk but i got transaction failure status but the amount has been deducted from my icici bank account. Bill desk is not responding properly. I am trying since last 2 days but billdesk is not responding. Nobody is feeling responsible for my loss.
