[Resolved]  Billdesk — Billdesk money sent to nps account didn't credit

Sir,
I have made payment of rs 50000 to my nps tier 1 account a/c no on 13/11/2021 through online using your payment gateway from RBL Bank. But i din't get any confirmation of this transaction from nps. I have channel reference id in my payment receipt and it mentions Merchant name as xbcmfnps
In this circumstances i solicit your help to solve this problem.
