Dear idea cellular,

I had made a payment of inr 26 internet pack (Trial pack) to my prepaid mobile number on idea online recharge website. Though payment was done and deducted from my sbi, its not credited to my prepaid mobile number.

I did not get a transaction number and also the browser was not redirected to payment confirmation url after giving otp at my bank link. I had not pressed back or refresh button.

Request to refund the amount to sbi account or credit rs 26 internet trial pack to my mobile number.
