Billdesk — BSES bill payment. Money debited from account. No receipt. shows failed transaction. | |||
On 13 Oct 2020, I had paid for BSES bill using the netbanking option i payment gateway. As I finished the transaction the money was debited from my account and the website did not get redirected to the reciept page of BSES. Later on I checked In the BSES reciepts page, it shows as unpaid but the amount was debited from my account. please help to resolve this matter. BSES RAJDHANI CA NO.[protected] PAID BY HDFC Net Banking. Please help me get a receipt document from BSES or Refund the money back into the account so I can pay the bill using a different method.
