Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to state that today (15/10/2021) at 10.00 PM I tried to pay my monthly electricity consumption bill to Calcutta Electricity Supply Corporation (CESC) in online transaction mode via BillDesk payment gateway using Bank of India Debit card (VISA). But I am afraid that the process did not succeed. Despite the bill amount (1970/-) has been debited from my BOI A/C, it is showing that CESC could not receive it. After the payment process, when I found that the bill amount has been debited (through an SMS from BOI), CESC floated a message on their official website (https://www.cesc.co.in) that they did not receive it and payment failed!
I request the support team to please look into this issue as quickly as possible. If the pending transaction can not be processed further, kindly refund my specified amount. I am mentioning some details below which may require to solve the issue,
