[Resolved] Billdesk — cat 2020 fee deducted but payment status failed | |
Sir/madam i was paying my cat 2020 application fee, when i paid my fee of 2000 through bhim app it was showing payment success to [protected]@hdfcbank but when i checked it on cat 2020 website it was showing failed payment status so i tried paying again and this time it showed payment successful to iim. [protected]@hdfcbank and this time it was showing payment successful on cat 2020 website. So sir/madam kindly look in this matter and refund the first time debited amount of 2000 as soon as possible, thank you.

Sep 12, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I mailed at [email protected] they given a transaction reference number and then i raise a ticket on cat 2020 helpdesk regarding this and after several hours i got refund. BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |

I am facing the same issue. I have made the payment already
for CAT 2020 and the amount has been deducted from my account. It's been 2-3 days. Tomorrow is the last date to register and it is still showing that my payment process in incomplete. Please help me with this, it's urgent. I am trying their contact number but the line is busy also I tried mailing them but there is no reply.

Even I am having the same issue. I had made my payment on 12th Sept. and I haven't got a refund yet. I have sent a mail to the Billdesk support and also raised a issue on the CAT website.
Is there any additional thing I am supposed to do to get the amount deducted?
