I made a payment for cat 2020 on 9th september 2020. The amount has been deducted from my bank account, but the system is showing as the process failed. Please refund the amount asap.

      cat 2020 fee deducted but payment status failed

      Sir/madam i was paying my cat 2020 application fee, when i paid my fee of 2000 through bhim app it was showing payment success to [protected]@hdfcbank but when i checked it on cat 2020 website it was showing failed payment status so i tried paying again and this time it showed payment successful to iim.       I Kindly request you to refund the money as soon as possible, Form was NOT submitted and money was deducted really a helpless condition

      Doesn't make any difference this billdesk customer support is just pathetic

      they are just beating behind the bush The transaction of 10 Sept UPI was done but form was not submitted . I did payment after waiting for 72 hrs to have refund but no refund .

      SO this time through Debit card on 14 sept so as to not to miss the deadline of CAT 2020 Just only DUE TO ABRUPT SERVICE OF BILLDESK . I already told them That its a second payment it was successful . They are telling me not to repay again merchant(CAT) has confirmed the payment (of 14 sept debit card) LOL (Thats why the form got suubmitted ) . I was asking them for the Refund of 2000RS of 10th sept UPI not got the refund its been 6 days .
      The customer Support is just pathetic.

        I have made payment for cat application form using upi bill desk. Money got deducted from the account but the application is pending for payment to submit. My application number is 20140957. I tried reaching bill desk and cat help desk but neither of them responded.
        I have attached photos screenshot of payment with transaction id. Please do the needful at the earliest.

              I paid 2000 rs using billdesk upi, money got deducted from my account but my cat application did not reflect that. Time is very less and closing date for cat is 15 th september. This was not acceptable and it is fraud by your end to deduct my money and not submit my application... Please fix this as soon as possible.

                Money got deducted on 11th sep 2020 at 04:31 a. M. I paid through bhim upi to [protected]@hdfcbank. The payment was successful but the website said, my application form couldn't be submitted., it also showed error code : eferr016.
                And the webisite says as the payment failed i have to pay again.
                What is up with you billdesk? Tried calling and mailing you guys. No one answers. Wish your rate of resolving grievances were as high...

                I mailed at [email protected] they given a transaction reference number and then i raise a ticket on cat 2020 helpdesk and after several hours i got refund.
                BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                CAT 2020 fee of 2000 deducted but showing failed payment status so need refund as soon as possible.

                  I paid rs.2000 at cat 2020 form using billdesk, money got deducted but at cat sight it isn't reflecting.
                  BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  I am Alvin Chacko, i filled my cat 2020 form on 11th september 2020 through billdesk qr code. My amount has been deducted from my bank account but the transaction was unsuccessful.

                  Kindly request you to refund my amount as i have to pay and resubmit my cat exam application form. Please do the needful as soon as possible as my exam date is near.

                      During filling up the form of cat (2020), after submission rs2000 deducted from my account and still it's showing that payment has failed.

                      Look into this matter as soon as possible.16th is the last date of submission.

                            Today i have just completed filling up the form payment also done.2000 rs deducted from my bank account done through gpay scanner. No confirmation mail or sms. But it is showing application form could not submitted.

                              I have made payment for cat application form using upi billdesk. Transaction was successful and money get deducted from the account but the application form status is not updated as i can still edit it.
