Billdesk — Credit Card Payment Is Deducted But Status Not Updated in Dashboard

I have made a payment of Rs.1812/- towards my credit card payment using Phonepe App. The amount is debited from my account and received a SMS for the same.

Neither I receive an SMS for the credit card payment nor the credit card payment status is updated in dashboard.
