Billdesk — Debit Card Fraud

I got a call from fraudster's saying themselves as SBI executives and took my debit card details and misused them by paying bill of Rs.9000 at vodafone website through billdesk payment gateway. I have given all details of my fraudelent transaction to billdesk gateway.But billdesk customeer care are saying to go to police.My money is with billdesk, then why should I go to police.You now how is our corrupted police, without some bribe they dont even write complain.I went to cyber police of hyderabad ccs, but they are asking bribe for writing complain. Please tell billdesk to reverse the money into my bank account.
