[Resolved] Billdesk — Debit Card Unsuccessful online transaction | |||
I Savitha Deepak Tejwani having a saving account in Indian Overseas Bank Account No being[protected] made an online debit card transaction to pay Bajaj Fin Corp EMI on the 14th of March 2014 for Rs.2716/- to BILLDESK. The debit immediately reflected in my above mentioned IOB account for Rs.2726/-. But, this transaction was unsuccessful. But the amount has not credited back to my account nor the beneficiary’s account. It has been more than a month now, we have placed complaints too many times to the bank but they say to raise a compalint at the BILLDESK Please do the needful and see that the amount is retrieved back to my account Transaction Details - IOB-BILLDESK FPG[protected]-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
