Billdesk — Debited amount but not activated TATA Sky ID.

Rs.1764 paid to Bill Desk on 2nd August 2021by using Phone Pe. But till now not activate my TATA Sky ID No. [protected]. Please look into the matter. Either refund the money or active the above mentioned TATA Sky ID.
