Billdesk — Dost fee payment deducted but transaction failed

Dear sir/madam,
I paid the fee of DEGREE ONLINE SERVICES, TELANGANA (DOST) application through the UPI ID amount of 1000rs. Amount debited and the transaction completed from UPI but, DOST doesn't receive any transaction it shows failed transaction try again. I'm giving the details of the transaction ID

Attaching the screenshots of the transaction's please find the attachment and resolve the issue as soon as possible and refund my amount.

Sir, I made a payment of 232 rupees, the online fee for registration. The money was debited, however, it showed that the transaction was failure. Should I wait for some time? What should I do next?
