[Resolved] BillDesk — electricity bescom payment failed but account debited

I made an online payment of 2000 inr for bescom via billdesk. The transaction failed, but hdfc bank account is showing 'withdrawl' of this amount.
Our payment to bescom monthly bill from bescom online services portal https://www.bescom.co.in/SCP/MyAccount/QuickPayment.aspx was made using billdesk internet banking option, and successfully paid from our hdfc bank account.
But we received a "failure" from billdesk as shown in attached picture, but our savings a/c has been debited.
Please look into this.

The payment is now posted and updated in the Bescom site against my apartment.
