Billdesk — electricity bill not paid but amount deducted from bank account | |||||
Hi i tried to paid my electricity bill by bill desk, after entering all my debit card details clicked on submit button. Money deducted from my bank account, but i didnot get any confirmation after entering the details, page was not refreshed for long time and finally showed the message transaction failed due to network issue. Could you please refund my money back. I paid electricity bill on[protected] through the uppcl website .
The bill amount was Rs.194 but the money deducted from my SBI debit card was Rs 386 . I did not even received conformation from merchant .
The website is showing still bill is not paid .
Can you please check at this and let me know

I have paid my electricity bill through PhonePay yesterday. The amount was Rs.1967
The amount was deducted from my bank account but UPPCL page showed that the transaction is cancelled. I tried refreshing the page many times but nothing happened.
Please try to resolve my issue as soon as possible.
