I was placing one order on amazon on 3rd february 2018, saturday about 9:00pm ist with the help my visa hdfc credit card. Product value was rs.37, 999 and i was availing this product with some offers while paying rs.34, 406. I started my transaction (Rs. 34, 406) with visa hdfc credit card for the product with 24 months emi with 15% interest rate but after entering otp, which was second time generated using regenerate otp tab (First otp couldn't get through sms, got through call by number [protected] and voice was not clear so regenerate otp). I got response from amazon that payment was failed because of authorization issue from bank end and my order was cancelled. The amount rs.34, 406 has been deducted from credit card and processed for 24 emis. I registered a case with hdfc dispute (Cc. [protected]@hdfcbank.com) too. I am providing all necessary details below and my communication with amazon (Paymet failed and amazon didn't get any amount from bank) and bank as an attachment. Bank is saying that amount has been released from their end and amazon told that they didn't get any amount. Bank suggested to communicate with merchant (Indiaideas com limited) also. Please have a look and looking for help.
