During transaction after entering the all security codes finally deducted the amount in bank account and observed the error and bill receipt not received. Pl. Do the needful immediately.

          I have made the payment for my electricity bill and got the text sms from bank of the same transaction to dhbvn as well. However, the transaction did not complete due to some network issue and the payment gateway page was stuck forever and did not proceed to the receipt window for a long time. The dhbvn website still shows bill as not paid. Please refund the amount to my yes bank account from which i made this transaction.

              I made online payment through SBI bank for Rs.768 on 01.03.2018 for payment of BSNL bill. My transaction was failed with an error. But my amount of Rs.768 was deducted from my account. Again I tried for payment and got successful. I waited for 24 hrs to back my amount. I didn't get. I want to refund my amount as soon as possible.

              The bill amount of Rs.768 has been debited from my SBI bank account but not reflecting with the service provider nor did we get any bills for the amount paid.

                            I have paid the bsnl bill through billdesk on 28.02.2018 for rs.768. My account was debited with rs.768 but bill was not cleared due to network problem. Again the same was paid through the billdesk. The amount debited earlier was not credited so far. Kindly solve the issue by crediting of rs.768 which is laid with billdesk.
