amount debited but transaction not successful

I had recharged my bsnl prepaid mobile through "my bsnl" app. Payment gateway was billdesk. I had used my sbi debit card for making payment of rs. 1498. Amount is debited from my account. Transaction id is lu[protected] as provided by sbi. But recharge is not successful. Kindly refund my money. The msg received from sbi is reproduced below

Sir,

l have recharge bsnl prepaid for 181 Rs on 1/2/2018 through net banking SBI by bill desk, The amount 181 Rs deducted from my account. It was not a jio prime no. So according to rules mentioned by (Jio custmer care)
Money should be refunded within a month now its 6 month and money is still not refunded
Please do something

payment failure refund request

Respected sir,
I have recharged my mobile ([protected]-vodafone) way o[censored]pi payment method date on 03/01/18but it can' t recharged. My sbi a/c no-[protected] rs. 509/- debit my account.

That ref no. Billdesk[protected]. Still now it can't refund my account.
So please kindly request further action for refund my account.

13000 got debited but not reflecting on coinome

I have deposited 13000 today.. Money got debited from my bank but it never got credited to coinome. I don't know why this happened, but usually it takes only few minutes. Under deposit history it says pending. I wanted to buy bitcoin at a lower rate but because of this issue i would end up paying more. I have make online recharge my jio no.[protected]through jio app on 25th jan 2018, while recharging i opted upi mode it was [protected]@icici requested me rs 399 via upi app phone pe through notification that was my recharge amount. L transfered the amount to [protected]@icici but recharge not done to my jio no. And amount deducted from my account. So please solve my problem and kindly return money to my bank account.
