Incident date - 13 sep 2020 Incident time - 10:25 pm I was paying the application fee of rs.2000 for cat 2020. I scanned the qr code from billdesk upi and paid using phonepe, my idbi bank account got debited (Reference number[protected] but it's showing payment failed on the application form.
