SIR, I made online fee payment for "KERALA WATER AUTHORITY BILL" for Rs.219/- through my SBT INTERNET BANKING on 11.09.2014. My transaction was failed with error "Reasons: your transaction was not successful sorry!We are unable to process your transaction. But the payment is done successfully and the amount is debited from my account. I even did not have the proof.So what should I do now? .please reply me at my e-mail mentioned below. bsnl mobile recharge unsuccessful
Recharged mobile number [protected] on 24/08/2014 at 22:51 with amount Rs.110/- and transaction id is[protected]. But my mobile never got recharged and the amount was deducted from my account. Please do the needful.icicicreditcard
