Billdesk — failure of bus ticket in ksrtc website

I booked bus ticket in ksrtc website in the name of anil s b on 16/10/17. I tried twice.in first attempt i cancelled because of security alert message in my mobile.in second attempt i booked the ticket from ballari to shivamogga successfully. But amount deducted in first till now i didn't received back. I have attached my bank statement for your reference.

I done my bill payment of rs 1047 today 14.10.2107 nd amt is deducted from the account of my bank sbi but bill is showing pending what to do.plz inform me on my mail [protected]@gmail.com.i have checked on bsnl portal transaction its status is pending.
Amount debited from my account but reservation not done.
Pl help
