[Resolved]  Billdesk — failure of payment for billdesk and money is not refund and amount is debited from my account

Respected sir/ madam,

Subject:- "failure of payment for billdesk and money is not refund and
Amount is debit from my account"

Dear sir/madam,

While payment of lic housing career/exam fee, from my account the
Amount has to debit and then its show that "transaction is failure".

Transaction code from bank account :- "jsbi[protected]igabyxpry6" or
"igabyxpry6"., transaction date:- 06th september 2017

The transaction is done through sbi internet banking.

So please help me to get refund and do the needfully things.
