[Resolved]  Billdesk — Have not returned Transaction id on CESC site, but money deducted from Bank

Hello Management,

I have paid by my CESC bill via netbanking twice and balance deducted successfully twice, however CESC does not receive any information from your End(Billdesk), Payment id is [protected] and [protected].

Kindly refund my money or send information to CESC.
