Billdesk — hsbc credit card bill payment

Paid my hsbc credit card bill payment using bill desk.
While using payment method i selected upi as my payment method
I paid my bill using google pay amount rs 51451
Waited for transaction success status from bill desk but no response from bill desk and amount is deducted from my bank account.
Transaction id while paying to biull desk is shd[protected]
Google pay payment upi ref id[protected]
