Billdesk — Ib acio form payment deducted but not paid in my application

My application number MHA[[protected]] for ib acio form i made a payment through debit card sbi 9th january 2020 my amount of fee 600 rs deducted from my ac but fee is not show paid in my form and shows failed status but i dont get my refund nor paid for application fee. Please check it and solve
