On[protected] I payed my application fees through internet banking (ICICI BANK), first time it displayed as payment failed due to network error, so I again tried i got the same result. But next day morning I received a message from the bank that the amount is deducted twice from my bank account, but still the payment is pending on IB portal. So I request you to please resolve my issue and refund the Rs. 606 which was done extra.
BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I made a payment of Rs 29, 290 towards my SBI Credit card. The amount is deducted from my savings account and UPI says payment received by Billdesk/purchase confirmed, however SBI has no track of it and it says payment failed. Please help asap.
