I paid my fees for AAI - Air traffic control of RS 170/- + Charges through netbanking, Indian bank .
The transaction was successful but it isn’t reflecting on my application.
Do refund my amount.

        I have made the payment for IB ACIO 2 examination (2020) through SBI payment by debit card. The message displayed an ERROR after payment, but the money was deducted from my account. I am enclosing the transaction number details along with the screenshot message from the bank regarding the fees payment.

          I did payment through bill desk for AFCAT (I) 2021 cycle via google pay. The amount was debited from my account but the webpage remained un responsive and the payment status never reflected in the website.
          The amount debited in the first attempt did not bore any fruit to me and hence it unnecessarily lies with BillDesk.
          Kindly refund me my money back that I paid via. google pay at the earliest.
          The google pay payment receipt has been attached with the complaint.

          I have paid the fees in the second attempt through Google pay which was successful and reflected in the website.
          Hence, I paid fees twice for AFCAT(1) 2021.I Have attached the receipt which was successful in second attempt.
          I kindly request Billdesk to return my money back which was deducted in the first attempt.

          I made a payment of Rs 29, 290 towards my SBI Credit card. The amount is deducted from my savings account and UPI says payment received by Billdesk/purchase confirmed, however SBI has no track of it and it says payment failed. Please help asap.

                IB ACIO 2021 payment made twice , refund related

                I had submitted my IB ACIO 2021 application form on 9th Jan 2020. I made payment twice through sbi net banking and then by sbi debit card.
                First transaction was showing completed through bank but payment status on IB ACIO site was pending.
                Second time (through Debit card) when I made payment then it was successful

                Please refund my first transaction amount.

                Hello Sir/Mam,
                I have registered in SBI Career and while Doing Payment I scan UPI QR Code from Billdesk Via Paytm
                and Paytm Shows Successful Transaction to ibps.[protected]@hdfcbank But Bill desk shows failure.

                The Amount is deducted and Reached to UPI id ibps.[protected]@hdfcbank of 750 INR.
                But Billdesk is showing transaction failure.

                For Better Understanding I have attached two Screenshots:
                1) Paytm Transaction Successful.
                2) Billdesk Showing Transaction Failure.

                So, Kindly Look into the issue, and solve as soon as possible whether it's a refund or a successful transaction.

                      I dropped an email to customer support on [email protected]. They replied me within a day and the process was easy.The refund process was faster than I expected. The money was refunded to me in 3 days.

                                  I paid 2 times for AFCAT application fee, but neither the first deducted amount got refunded not the second one.
                                  Why such a problem occured ?
                                  Pls refund all my fee paid to AFCAT because the payment has not been received by them even after trying 2 times.
                                  Also tomorrow is the last date and so pls do it as soon as possible.

                                    I registered for afcat 1 2021 and i used the google pay to pay the fee, the fee was deducted but was not reflecting under cdac payment status, then i did the payment using my mastercard which was successful.
