Hello Sir/Mam,
I have registered in SBI Career and while Doing Payment I scan UPI QR Code from Billdesk Via Paytm
and Paytm Shows Successful Transaction to ibps.[protected]@hdfcbank But Bill desk shows failure.
The Amount is deducted and Reached to UPI id ibps.[protected]@hdfcbank of 750 INR.
But Billdesk is showing transaction failure.
For Better Understanding I have attached two Screenshots:
1) Paytm Transaction Successful.
2) Billdesk Showing Transaction Failure.
So, Kindly Look into the issue, and solve as soon as possible whether it's a refund or a successful transaction.
BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I made a payment of Rs 29, 290 towards my SBI Credit card. The amount is deducted from my savings account and UPI says payment received by Billdesk/purchase confirmed, however SBI has no track of it and it says payment failed. Please help asap.
