Billdesk — idea mobile recharge

I am the customer of idea cellular. I was trying to recharge my mobile with 357 rupees through mobile app. Amount is debited from my account but recharge is not done. PL refund the amount. 09/09/2017 two times 200.59, Sbi epay paynet amount debited from debit card, but transaction results are failure, after one month (13/10/2017) amount credit problem solve, but on this date (2/12/2017) agian amount debit in my idbi account
