I was trying to book Jio Phone and Rs. 500 got deducted from my SBI account, But Unfortunately, Phone didn't get booked.
I was trying to book it on www.jio.com when I faced this problem.
And, till now I have not received any sort of Service reply from JIO.

I booked jio phone through their website and paid 1000 Rs but transaction failed after some time got message from bank that money has been deducted and till no confirmation message has been received by jio.
Please do the needful.

I had tried to book jio phone and payment made through my paytm wallet and amount debited with ref id FV000000WYMI but transaction got failed.please resolve the issue on priority
I had payment for Jio phone from Paytm wallet transaction Id #LPT[protected]. Amount Rs.509 deducted from Balance but booking not completed. Please guide us for booking. Why the booking is incomplete. If phone is not booked give refund of the amount RS.500.
