Billdesk — Jio recharge complaint

I had reachrged my jio no. through jio.com using JioMoney option. I recharged for 408/- but yet now didn't received that amount on my jio no. 408/- has been paid to BillDesk but my jio no. didn't got any recharge I contacted JioMoney they said that payment was done to BillDesk. So please solve this problem

I had applied for a pan card at https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com website. After going through long process of filling the form finally, it asked for a payment of Rs.117.35/- . I payed it through net banking and twice payment transactions has been cancelled. kinldy refund back my money

I've recharged my jio no. [protected] with jio app through paytm it is showing successfull recharge but not recieved by jio yet so kindly refund my money
