[Resolved]  Billdesk — LIC Premium Plan Payment Failed But Money Debited from Account

Hello Sir/Madam,
I've made an online payment for my LIC Premium Plan through BillDesk Gateway with SBI Online Banking Method. So far I got the OTP and entered then SBI INB site it displayed like "currently we're facing some network issue on our server but we're progressing your payment so wait 1 or 2 hours then you'll receive the status." (I don't remember exact sentences displayed, that's why explained in my English)

And after 2 hours I've checked my Account for the status and yes the amount was debited. But, I don't received any confirmation regards the Premium plan payment and so I've checked the LIC Customer Portal website with my account and the payment wasn't successful it's still showing the current month to pay again. But, as I said the amount is debited from my account. So, I need you to understand this and make an arrangement, give me a solution or else refund me. Because, the due should be paid by the end of MARCH 2021. It's already APRIL 2021, so reply/contact me as soon as possible.

My last transaction made on my SBI Account:
01-Apr-202 - TO TRANSFER
INB Life Insurance Corporatio LIC_Ref - VSBI[protected]IGAKWBLMK4 (Ref/Cheque No.) - 866 (Debited)

As of Today APRIL'S 04 2021 (about 10:15P.M.), I got an email from LIC India about my Premium Payment with an e-receipt. It took almost 3 Days.
BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

After 3 Days, as of now APR-04, 2021 10:15P.M., I got my Receipt of premium payment from LIC. So, without any further delay I'm closing this complaint as RESOLVED. Thanks!
