Sir, I have made payment of electricity bill for november2017 through sbi bank net banking. Details are as under: Bescom id - [protected] Amount - rs. 369 Ref: billdesk-lsm[protected] Date : 04/12/207 at 16:54hrs The transaction failed but money got debited from the account After 5 min i again tried but that time also the transaction was unsuccessful and money got debited one more time from my account Was this information helpful? | |||

I made a payment at billdesk to pay my registration fee of my college Government College Of Engineering, Klahandi. but i did not remember my transaction number to print the receipt. So how i reprint the receipt or get my billdesk provided transaction number.

Since yesterday its showing pending paymnet status. My account is debited Rs 9819 still the paymnet is not credited in my credit card account.
