Billdesk — Money debited from my account by was not credited in my credit card

Hi,
I have done a transaction of Rs20, 000 from my punjab National Bank account via billdesk UPI of HDFC Bank. The payment was supposed to be credited into my credit card but it was debited from my account and the same was not credited into my credit card. Please help
