Billdesk — Money deducted but not payment done in ibps clerk form

Using bhim QR scan I paid 850 rupees to billdesk for ibps payment, but the money was debited, showing that payment failure, I didn't even receive the mail regarding the failure of the transaction, please resolve as soon as possible
