[Resolved] Billdesk — Money LOST because session expired on merchant | |
I paid rs 24820 on reliance Nippon portal as my insurance premium. I used billdesk as gateway and used gpay as payment method. On billdesk portal my payment went through but after billdesk redirected me to reliance site and I got an error on reliance site.. MONEY got deducted from my account. After that I contacted reliance customer care and they said they didn't received my payment.. ITS BEEN 4 DAYS AND MY DUE DATE HAS GONE.. IF I HAVEN'T GOT MY MONEY THAN THERE WILL BE PLENTY ON ME FROM RELIANCE.. I contacted billdesk through email but never got any reply.. Was this information helpful? | |
Mar 5, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved After 1 day received mail from billdesk that they have confirmed the payment with merchant.
The day after that payment started showing in reliance portal.. BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
