Billdesk — money not transferred

Address:North 24 Parganas, West Bengal

Money deducted from ubi account but not paid to wbsedcl. Today 6/11/2018 at 2.47pm a sum of rs4322.78 has been deducted from my account but not paid to west bengal state electricity distribution corporation limited, wbsedcl as electricity bill. P lease go through the attached screenshots which will provide you the clear idea of transaction made to transfer the money.
