[Resolved] Billdesk — money sent to nps account didn't credit | |||
Sir, I have made payment of my subscription of rs 3000 to my nps tier 1 account a/c no[protected] on 30/09/2019 through online using your payment gateway from united bank of india. But i din't get any confirmation of this transaction from nps. I somehow lost my transaction id but in the bank statement i got the description of this transaction as 30/09/2019- xbcmfnps/[protected]. It has become more than 48 hrs yet there is no information of this transaction even no return back of money.in this circumstances i solicit your help to solve this problem.
