Billdesk — my bsnl recharge payment made on 19.10.2017 was still not yet credited?

Respected sir,
I had made a transaction through sbi internet bank via billdesk payment on 19.10.2017 for recharging of my bsnl number [protected] to an amount of rs.444/-.
The transaction detail is "jsbi[protected]igacfijfp5"

The amount was debited in my sbi account, whereas recharge was not yet effected. Kindly verify the transaction details and solve my problem at the earliest.

STILL NOT YET RECHARGE EFFECTED OR NOT REFUNDED TO MY SBI ACCOUNT.

Deposited Rs 500/=through my Bank-Karur Vysya Bank, Lawrence Road, Delhi by net banking
BILLDESK-JKVB[protected]-RELIANCE COMM[protected]
and the money has been debited from my account but not credited to the phone balance till date nor reverted to the bank account.
