Billdesk — My credit card bill payment was not successful but billdesk charged me 17980rs

I made credit card bill payment through SBI card app in that I choose Paytm as payment option.i paid 17980rs through Paytm by entering UPI pin .after that money got debited but in SBI card app showing transaction not successfull..help me give me refund or . reflect the same in my credit card
