Billdesk — my money not credited

On april 1st, 2019, i made a transaction of rs 6931/- towards hdfc credit card through sbi internet banking. Now sbi says the transaction was successful whereas bill desk support says transaction was a failure. Meanwhile i have lost my money. This is something which is unusual. I just request that my money be returned as soon as possible as already it's too late. Transaction reference id is qsbi[protected]
