      On date 31/03/19 i have payment to my boss Mr.devendra bhandari axis bank credit card no. [protected] but by mistake wrong credit card no.([protected]) has been entered by me, payment has successful in wrong card no.
      So sir i request to you that please either reverse my amount in my ubi account no.or complete my payment in axis bank card no.[protected].

        suddenly debited by 342 rs through upi but I didn't

        I suddenly got a a message stating my account is debited with rs 342. But i have not done any transaction. Msg says.

        Your a/c no. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx is debited for rs.342.00 on[protected]:26:52 and credited to vpa [protected]@ybl (Upi ref no[protected]

        What is this i don't know and i didn't do it.

        I recharged my sun direct dth for rs210 through google pay. The amount is deducted bt not confirmed by the recipient yet after 3 hours. I want to cancel the transaction and want a complete refund.
        The money was sent to upi id - billdesk. [protected]@icici. I would like to get a complete refund or please get my dth recharged without being so late. Please help

            Please confirm whether the payment is credited to the new india assurance company or not as i have not received any confirmation form company

              Today i have done the transaction of 29375 rupee using my icici net banking to yes bank credit card and it shows as pending after made the payment and money has been deducted from my account but the status shows as pending.

              Please find the attached screenshot for your reference.

              I do have word with icici customecare and the transaction is successful at their end but yes bank says they have not received the payment yet.

              Could you please check as it is my hard earned money and i am losing my trust on bill desk.

                  I was paid a credit card bill by my banks internet banking. At the time of payment receipt genrate & transation status is failure but amout in deduct from my account.                     I paid the bill first on 5th march of feb month.
                    Later then when the power connection was about to cut that time it showed the bill again to be paid both time my money got deducted i want my money back. So first my 1700 was deducted on 5th march on which i paid the bill who's due date was 6th march and when the power cutter came that time it showed 1720 which is 20 rs of late payment it showed again to pay.. And it has happened in before bill's to... That it shows 2 times go pay the bill.. I kindly request you to look into this matter.. Extremely disappointed with your services. Please request you to refund as soon as possible.

                                      Hello,

                                      I have tried contacting BillDesk customer care multiple times, but I still haven't received any reply.

                                      On 27th of February, I tried to pay for Spotify Premium using UPI. I got the request, and the transaction was successful. But the subscription wasn't activated, and I got a payment failed error. I did it once again hoping that the previous amount would be credited back, but I received another payment failed error. I had to use another payment method to get it to activate.

                                      It has been 15 days, and I still haven't received back the money, nor have I gotten any response from their team. I have attached screenshots below. I request them to credit the money back to my account.

                                      Total amount: Rs.66 + Rs.66= Rs.132.
