On 05.04.2019, i made payment of rs 24080 towards my hdfc credit card bill, through sbi net banking, on billdesk, reference no. Qsbi[protected] transaction status is "success". My sbi account has been debited with rs, 24080, but confirmation of payment has not been received in my hdfc credit card account. Kindly confirm the same.

My SBI account has been debited with Rs, 24080, but confirmation of payment has not been received in my HDFC credit card account. Kindly confirm the same.

Myself BIRENDRA SHAW, actually yesterday I was paid of Rs.8350 in my HSBC BANK CREDIT CARD Through BILLDESK from my YESBANK SAVING BANK ACCOUNT but still now this payment was not credited in my HSBC BANK CREDIT CARD, my TRANSECTION no is QYBK[protected]..

So please look into the matter and credited this amount in my HSBC CARD as soon as possible

    I had try to recharge 149 plane on 4th April 2019 at 9:06 pm to my jio no.[protected] from Googlpay, the recharge amount has been debited from my account but recharge failed, it has shown that the payment is holded by " billdesk.[protected]@icici", I didn't any help from the customer care please help kindly proceed me recharge on same Jio number, for reference to attach the screenshot of payment made to my jio no.       I booked my bus ticket on 8/5/2019 at 5:50am via msrtc bill desk. Amount of rs. 1370/- is deducted from my debit card, but ticket not received and see. Then second time i booked my ticket. Amount is again deducted. And ticket also book.

      Syndicate bank debit card - inr 1, 370.00 debited to a/c on[protected]:50-for pos txn at bdr[protected]bdr00001-msrtc.

      So i want my first amount refund as soon as possible.

        Hello bill desk team,

        I want to raise a concern regarding the amount of rs 5000 paid via bill desk on 06th mar'19 at about 10:30 pm to 11:00 pm to clear rbl bank credit card bill.

        Though the amount is debited from icici bank saving account but transaction showing an error and it was not credited to rbl bank credit card.

        Could you please check about this as it is already confirmed from icici bank and they told me that transaction is succesful at their end

        On the other hand, i am also in touch with rbl bank to check the same.

        Kindly take the issue on priority and do the needful.

          my money not credited

          On april 1st, 2019, i made a transaction of rs 6931/- towards hdfc credit card through sbi internet banking. Now sbi says the transaction was successful whereas bill desk support says transaction was a failure. Meanwhile i have lost my money. This is something which is unusual. I just request that my money be returned as soon as possible as already it's too late. Transaction reference id is qsbi[protected]...

                  I have paid to billdesk with transactionID[protected] for premium subscription in spotify (Date: 02/04/2019 Time: 8:41PM).
                  But, even after paymet of Rs.66 (applied for student subscription) billdesk payment gateway was unresponsive and the payment was not completed. Hence, I didn't get my premium subscription. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. I want my money refund in my account.

                          What is this i don't know and i didn't do it.

                          I recharged my sun direct dth for rs210 through google pay. The amount is deducted bt not confirmed by the recipient yet after 3 hours. I want to cancel the transaction and want a complete refund.
                          The money was sent to upi id - billdesk. [protected]@icici. I would like to get a complete refund or please get my dth recharged without being so late. Please help

                                Today i have done the transaction of 29375 rupee using my icici net banking to yes bank credit card and it shows as pending after made the payment and money has been deducted from my account but the status shows as pending.

                                Please find the attached screenshot for your reference.

                                I do have word with icici customecare and the transaction is successful at their end but yes bank says they have not received the payment yet.

                                Could you please check as it is my hard earned money and i am losing my trust on bill desk.
