Billdesk — no ticket booking but amount deducted from account

Tried to book air india tickets online through sbi atm card via bill desk payment gateway on 26/08/2019 vide txn# no. Qt [protected] around 4.30 p. M. The amount rs. 7284/- has been deducted from my sbi account but no confirmation of ticket booking. There is a message for sequence error. Kindly return my amount as early as possible.
