Billdesk — non booking of a ticket thru tnstc ultra deluxe bus

I had booked on line thro the tnstc portal for travel from tiruvannamalai to chennai adyar thro the ultra deluxe bus for journey on 5.11.17 by the 15.15 scheduled dep bus with route no 123b. Payment of rs179 was made and confirmed through the icici credit card. However, the booking of my requested seat no 5 was not confirmed and no confirmation message or mail has been received. The seat is now showing as available for booking. Pl confirm reservation or arrange for refund of the amount to my card account

On 23/10/2017 at 6.40 PM I was paying my MTNL Bill.

The amount was debited in ICICI Bank then there was some server problem.

The amount of Rs. 943.00 was not credited to MTNL
