Billdesk — non payment of bills | |
On 30/11/19 around 12.45 am i tried to pay electric bill on wbsedcl through united bank of india internet banking. An amount of rupees 1140.36 is debited from my account but not credited to wbsedcl. Gateway of this transaction was billdesk. Kindly check the matter and respond me as soon as possible. I check my status on wbsedcl site and it's a failed transaction. I have paid the amount for IBPS SO exam at the last minute...so my transaction was failed...but still amount has been deducted from my account...please refund the amount...

I paid rs. to uhbvn through billdesk gateway for electricity bill payment from my Icici a/c . But could not credit in the electricity bill id as no receipt came from uhbvn. Kndly provide me the status of my transaction id success then refund the amount in my above icicibank a/c. Immedietly
